No pets allowed. No Smoking allowed. No parties or events are allowed at this property. No more than 4 people are allowed to overnight in the apartment. Use the designated parking bay (number 17) only. Any visitors are allowed to use the designated visitor parking bays. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, as well as in the lifts or lifts foyers. Securely closed garbage disposal bags must be placed in the various refuse bins provided. When using the BBQ on the balcony, use charcoal only. Ensure that the lid of the Webber is used to prevent smoke from damaging the surroundings and limit odours. No open fires are allowed. No loud music or disturbance shall be permitted after 22:00. Vehicles are only allowed to be washed within the designated washing bay. No skateboards, roller skates, hoverboards or bicycles are allowed within the apartment or common property. Use the available drying rack to dry laundry. No washing and laundry are allowed to be hung over the balcony wall or visible from the outside. The complex does have a designated drying yard that can be used at its own risk. No caravans or tents are allowed.
