Bright, clean, fresh, beach and homely feeling 2 bedroom beachside apartment on Clovelly beach in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Great location, only 15 mins to CBD, 3 min walk to Clovelly Beach and a 5 minute walk to beautiful Gordon’s Bay, perfect space and size for anyone, any individual, couple, larger group of 4 people or a family of 5, to enjoy and spend some Sydney beachside living in this warm, lovely, colourful and very comfortable apartment and enjoy all that Clovelly and it’s surrounding coastal beaches and suburbs have to offer.

First and foremost I have two baby Burmese kittens that are simply adorable amd very friendly and will welcome you with open arms into their home. As this is their home. So if you aren’t a cat person then this listing would not be suitable for you. If you like, love and have no problem with cats then I assure you that when it comes time for you to check out after your stay that you will have two little friends after your stay here. This is a comfortable 2 bedroom top floor apartment, with large bathroom with a shower and a bath, kitchen, all the mod cons like WiFI, netflix on tv in living room and in bedroom. nice sized balcony, very bright north facing apartment that gets a lot of light and is comfortably cool in Summer with sea breezes and cost and warm during the winter. Parking is available at no cost, convenience supermarket across the street and 2 bus stops right outside the building with the 339 taking you to the city (15 mins) or the other bustop across the road 360 that takes you to Bondi Junction. Unfortunately pets are not allowed and mobility challenged individuals I would not recommend to book as I am up on the top floor and would need to take the stairs. No elevator sorry. But it’s worth it when you reach the top!
