You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The room is spacious, with feature fireplace, high ceiling, central heating radiator, TV, non-smoking.
One of two rooms for rent (double room also available) in this spacious colonial-style property with garden and wonderful views across countryside to Widemouth Bay and the sea. Use of shared clean, bright bathroom with power shower over bath, plus an additional separate WC. There is also use of a shared, well-equipped kitchen, and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The setting on the main Holsworthy to Bude road is very convenient for exploring this delightful corner of North Cornwall. As well as a wide variety of shops, inns, restaurants and the Bude Castle Heritage Centre, Bude has three large sandy beaches popular with surfers (with lifeguard patrol in summer), one with a very large sea-water swimming-pool. Its sports facilities include a superb 18-hole golf course, tennis and squash courts, Splash leisure centre and ten pin bowling. Delightful walking can be found nearby on the picturesque North Cornwall Coastal Footpath, and also along the towpath of Bude's canal - 21⁄2 miles of quiet level walking of special interest to wildlife and birdlife lovers, starting less than half a mile from the property and leading to Summerleaze beach in Bude. Fishing is also available in the canal (some of the finest coarse fishing waters in the west) and sea fishing trips and crabbing can be arranged. The well-known Tree Inn at Stratton is 11⁄2 miles.
