This newly remodeled home sits on an open hillside. Very cute with view of "La Plaza Vieja" and NAU. Families of deer regularly visit and feed just outside the door. After a day of outdoor adventures; whether a visit to the Grand Canyon, Snow Bowl, Petrified Forest, Meteor or Sunset Crater, Slide Rock, or a comfortable hike to the Lowell Observatory, you will return home to enjoy a relaxing view of Flagstaff. Indoors, the living room provides a 55" flat screen tv for you as you sit by a great picture window to continue your outdoor view. The common areas are cozy. There are 2 bedrooms that each provide King-size beds and are extremely comfy. You'll appreciate the charm of the home and wall-art from local artists.
