I rent double room in newly renovated house and only shared with me. The bedroom has a double bed (135m), a chest of drawers, clothes rack and direct access from the room to the bathroom with shower. Towels and bathroom accessories included. The room is small but you can also use the living/dining room to be more comfortable. Nudism allowed.

The room is in an old residential building, so good behavior and discretion are essential. There is a keyed elevator which will be given to you upon arrival.

Smoking and use of poppers or other chems is not allowed.

The room is located in the neighborhood of Baix Guinardo, next to the Sagrada Familia (10 min walk), Hospital Sant Pau (Gaudi's modernist building) and Avenida Gaudi with lots of bars and restaurants.

Transport: close to the metro stop Sant Pau/Dos de Maig (line L5) and Sagrada Familia (lines L2 and L5) that takes you to Passeig de Gràcia in less than 10 min and to Sants station in 15 min as well as several bus lines. Also the Alfons X stop (Line L4) that takes you to the beach.

Jorge's place was lovely. He gave my partner and me a very warm welcome, and the room, bathroom, and apartment were very clean. The location is great, situated in a local neighborhood while still being close to the metro and Sagrada Família. The room is a bit small for two people, but it works well for a short stay.
