The bedroom has a double bed (135m), a chest of drawers, heating, ceiling fan, suplies (shower gel, towels...) and a shared bathroom with direct access from the bedroom. There is also free wifi, and access to the living/dining room if you need it.
It's a residential flat so it is important good behavior and discretion (I only rent the bedroom occasionally). There is an elevator. Smoking not allowed. Clothing optional. The house would be only shared with me and I’d like you to feel at your home.
The room is located in Baix Guinardo, next to Sagrada Familia (10 min walk), Sant Pau Hospital (Gaudí's modernist building) and Gaudí Avenue with a large number of bars and restaurants.
Transportation: close to Sant Pau/Dos de Maig metro stop (line L5) and Sagrada Familia (lines L2 and L5) that takes you to Passeig de Gràcia in less than 10 minutes and to Sants station in 15 minutes. In addition to several bus lines.
