Your code will be sent on the day of arrival and deleted upon departure. DEPARTURE To make it an easy departure I simply ask a few things: - Lock the doors -Leave my home tidy ( Please take out the trash)- the cleaning crew will do the rest -If you want to be extra help you can put the towels in the washing machine and start it :) -Let me know once you have checked out -Turn off all the lights Noise We are located in a residential community. It is home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Grill Be careful using the grill, if the grill is not turning on check and make sure the propane is ******** the propane is out you can go to most gas stations to swap it out, usually, around 20$ and I will reimburse ******** finished put the grilling utensils away and turn off the propane. Trash Once the trash is full, you will find a Black trans bin in the garage. keep the recycling trash next to the Black trash Communication Failure- Please communicate any and every issue you may experience during your stay.I live very close and fixing any issue is quite achievable. Looking up tutorials for common smart thermostats like nest and touch door entryway locks like Yale is very useful. Be reminded the house has thermostats that are set to ECO mode to conserve energy and they cool and heat the home rapidly. I recommend guests to play with the thermostats to achieve the desired temperature and if you can not, then communicate with me as I am able to do so remotely and the same for the door lock. I also highly recommend you to call me if you for any reason are locked out of the house
