There is a shop & a post office downstairs and you can buy pretty much everything you need (groceries, frozen & chill food, alcohol, cigarettes & post office)

Professional laundry service available on request for additional fee. Airport pick up & drop, taxi available on request for additional fee.

There is a kitchenette (with kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer) in the apartment, However this kitchenette doesn’t have a hob, microwave, oven& sink.

There is also a main kitchen which you will have access throughout your stay. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, cutleries and crockeries available. This kitchen is shared with permanent tenants who resides in the adjacent flat.

Please don’t wear outdoor footwear inside the apartment.

As you know this is a shared home. Therefore please avoid playing loud music or talking loud. respect the noise curfew (21:00-08:00)

Strictly no parties, no visitors, no business, no drugs, no smoking indoors and no weed at all.

Unfortunately we don’t allow pets.

Please keep the room and communal areas tidy all time.

For long stayers (more than 4 nights) inspections will be carried out during your stay.

Switch off the lights when you don’t need them.

Washing machine is free for guests who are staying over 6 nights stay. Otherwise £10 per wash (max 5 kg, 2 hour wash/40deg/including washing capsules and clothes softener)

Please do your dishes, strip off the bed linens and empty the bins before the check out.

Lost keys incur a replacement fee (£110) 10. Please take care of the furnishings. 11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 12. Please do your dishes (wash them, dry them & put them back immediately after use) 13. Please take the trash out before you leave. 14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 15. Room/flat inspection will be carried with prior notice (minimum 24 hours) 16. Make sure to strip the bed cover, pillow cover, duvet cover leave & it on the floor including the towels.
