Super clean en-suite private room

This is NOT a clothing optional household.Please don’t wear outdoor footwear inside the apartment. As you know this is a shared home. Therefore please avoid playing loud music or talking loud. Strictly no parties, no visitors, no business, no drugs, no smoking indoors and no weed at all. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Unfortunately we don’t allow pets. We have 2 well behaved budgies. Mostly they are in their cage. They will never come to your room. You are allowed to play with them. Please keep the room and communal areas tidy all the time. Switch off the lights when you don’t need them. Cooking is not permitted (you can only access fridge, microwave, kettle) but you are allowed to make tea, coffee and beverages. You can heat up microwave meals. If you are using the hob please don’t leave it unattended. Please discuss with me if you need any assistance with this. Washing machine is free for guests who are staying over 6 nights stay. Otherwise £10 per wash (max 5 kg, 2 hour wash/40deg/including washing capsules and clothes softener)
