Located on a lively street where you can find all the local shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) and just a few steps from the very pleasant Parc Lafontaine. The metro is a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get around. The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is shared. Home gym also available, or full gym within walking distance (offering daily passes). This is a nudist-friendly place, though nudity is not mandatory. Hi, I am Eric, a French native who has been living in Montreal, Canada, for quite some time. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people, being exposed to local culture, architecture and food.
I have a degree in exercise science and used to coach and compete in triathlon. In my free time, I love working out, outdoor activities, cooking, and sharing good time with friends with a nice dinner and stimulating conversations.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Eric's place in the Rue Ontario. It is conveniently located at walking distance from "Le Village", with all the gay bars, and barely ten minutes from the nearest metro station. It offers all comfort to visitors, even fitness equipment I made great use of. Eric is very hospitable. His instructions to reach the apartment and to get in were very clear and he made ample time to chat and give tips to visit the city. Absolutely a place to recommend!

The apartment is amazing and located in a nice and easy to reach neighbourhood. Eric is the perfect host, the communications were good, we had very nice talks together and he gave me precious tips for better visiting Montreal. Very recommended!

Eric was a wonderful host and his place was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway. Eric is super friendly and very easy to get along with. Not only did he give great recommendations, it was really nice just chatting with him. Eric's place is beautiful and very conveniently located next to The Village and the metro. Would absolutely stay with him again on my next visit!

Very beautiful apartment and very comfortable bedroom. I really had an excellent stay at Eric's. The apartment is very well located close to all amenities including shopping center, metro, bars and restaurants. Excellent welcome from Eric and very good communication before my arrival to plan everything. I highly recommend staying at Eric's

Eric was an amazing host! The space was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and Eric was always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for where to go. The location is very close to public transit which makes moving around Montreal very easy. Eric is very friendly and hospitable. I loved our conversations about anything and everything. I would definitely stay here again!
