Enter this 1910 Victorian house via a huge, southern-style porch and walk through the craftsman-style door to a spacious foyer. Climb the stairs to a large, bright bedroom with fireplace, an adjoining sitting room/office and a private bathroom across the way. 7 large windows, 10’ ceilings, and original wood floors give a grand feeling to your private space.
The space Your room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a TV, Wi-Fi, ample closet space, dressers and side-tables provide room for everything in your home away from home. Your sitting room/office has a desk, chair, a couch and side tables so that you can relax or work in comfort. All doors lock to ensure privacy and security.
You will have access to a charming kitchen and dining room for your meals. And, you can luxuriate on the front-porch swing and watch the world go by. There is also a large yard, laundry room with washer/dryer and easy street parking on a quite tree lined street.

The Starland District is known for the vitality and creativity of its residents and over the last few years has seen a resurgence in the restoration of homes and the number of restaurants, galleries and shops that have moved into the area. Restaurants in the neighborhood include La Scala, Common Thread, Elizabeth’s on 37th, Starland Yard, Ardsley Station, Big Bon Bodega, Foxy Loxy, Bull Street Taco and more. We even have our own Micro Brewery—Two Tides.
Bull Street is the main street in Starland and you’re just a few steps away. You can walk to most of the neighborhood attractions. And, it’s a 15 minute walk, through the Victorian District, to get to Forsyth Park. There, you can hop on the local DOT bus to the downtown, historic district- and the ride is free. All of Savannah is within your reach.

Additional rules ● Quiet time: 10PM – 8AM ● No parties or events; No smoking; No pets; No illegal drugs ● No regular overnight guests without prior consent from host. ● You are responsible for your own space – cleaning supplies/vacuum located in upstairs bathroom cabinet. Please do not move furniture or bring furniture into the house without prior approval. ● Please let the host know immediately if there are any damages or major issues. ● Designated space in kitchen/pantry provided for your coffee, food, and laundry supplies. ● Clean and put your dishes away after use. ● Recycling container in kitchen; bin on the side of the house. Please consider emptying the trash or recycling if the bin is full. ● Please do not leave open food containers out or food in trash upstairs. ● Honor the pipes – please don’t flush any sanitary products or paper towels down the toilet and keep drain covers over the sink/shower drains to prevent clogs ● Living room is not shared, but please feel free to enjoy the dining room and backyard space. ● Conserve water/electricity please. ● Tenant will be charged for any damages they cause to the property. Please make sure to complete the move in check list within 72 hours after you arrive and the move out checklist within 24 hours of your departure, with the on-site host. ● $35 fee if you lose your room key.
