THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. If you smoke in the house you are agreeing to pay a $200 fee for additional cleaning and subject to any smoke damage. *Parking* Guests are able to bring their own vehicles as there is driveway parking for up to 4 cars. *Visitors* Guests can invite up to 4 additional people for an event hosted at the place as long as it is APPROVED by the owner such as a bbq/dinner or firepit night. *Noise and the neighborhood* This is a small culdesac so be respectful. No loud music after 11 pm. The neighbors are very nice and they are respectful so we expect our guests to provide them the same respect. *Laundry* The perks of having a washer and dryer on the property are you may use it during your stay! It sucks to have to go home and do laundry after a vacation. *Barbeque* There will be instructions inside on what the expectations are with the bbq! You wouldn't want to show up to a dirty bbq, so we mainly just ask that you leave it as you found it (or better) this keeps our cleaning cost low. *Pets* Pets are allowed! We love them. There is a $40 Pet fee PER animal. this is to make sure we can clean and get the house prepped for the next guest. They may have allergies to pets so after our furry friends stay, we need to clean a bit deeper. The way this will work is after your booking, we will send a request to pay for each additional pet as ******** charges the first $40 For your stay, you will get a bowl for food and water per pet staying and a washed bed for them! We also provide plastic bags for you to pick up after your dog when they go to the bathroom. You wouldn't want to go into the backyard and step in dog poop, so please be respectful to the next guests. (this helps keep our cleaning costs low.) NOTE: If pee or pop stains are on the property we will charge additional to rent the equipment for cleaning this. *In The House* No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. No smoking in the house. * Security* On-premise we have a Ring doorbell for your safety and ours, this helps us see if anything happens bad in the front yard before, during, or after your stay. In the house, we utilize the ring security system which will be disarmed during your stay. If interested we can provide you with a personalized pin to enable and disable the system if you choose to use it during your stay. We pay a premium for it for our guest's ease of mind. To enter the property we utilize contactless check-in. If you provide us with a 4-digit pin, we will use that as your temporary door code starting the day of your stay. If you do not have a preference one will be provided to you on the day of your stay. *Damages and breakages* Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. If damages are not reported and taken care of between the owner and the guest, guests will be reported to ********. *Check-Out* Checkout starts promptly at 11 am During checkout, we ask that all dishes be put into the dishwasher and turning it on. Make sure all doors and windows are locked when you leave. Please place garbage and recycling in the bins outside.
