ABOUT THE LOCATION 7 blocks from Main Street This gem of a home sits in what was once the Cozy Homes subdivision of Royal Oak. Situated in the much loved Royal Oak neighborhood, it is centrally located and is just a 4 minute drive to downtown Royal Oak or Ferndale and minutes to many other Metro Detroit favorites like the Zoo and the Farmers Market.

THE SPACE This cozy bungalow has the Primary bedroom on the main floor with a King size mattress and black out curtains. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin and full bunk bed. The house has one full bathroom, an office, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a washer/dryer in the basement. There is quaint enclosed front porch, and a nice sized fully fenced in yard and patio area.

GUEST ACCESS You have complete and private use of the home, porch and backyard. For your safety there are ring cameras on the exterior facing out away from the house.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE The home was built in the 1920s, it has character that we love, including original hardwoods floors and charming old house details like quirky stairwells, and closet nooks. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated. You will be provided with basic cleaning supplies and a washer dryer so you can keep the house just as you like it.
