Spacious and furnished room in a big and new house, with a separate unattached washroom on the ground floor.
Walking distance from Mt. Pleasant Go station, which has services to go most places, including downtown Toronto. A big plaza which includes ******** is also at walking distance.
Kitchen use is allowed to make breakfast, but no cooking allowed. Fridge use allowed.
Parking available at extra cost.
We have a friendly shihtzu, so only for folks who are okay with dogs.

Entering and Exiting: Please make sure to lock the door while exiting the house by pressing once the top button on the digital lock, and you hear a vibrating sound. Also make sure to lock after you enter, by rotating the lock knob counter clockwise.
Laundry: Laundry room is not be used between 7 AM and 7 PM for Monday to Friday. No restrictions on timings for Saturday and Sunday. Only one use allowed per week.
Cleaning: Guests are responsible for keeping their room clean throughout their stay.
Using Kitchen: Guests are required to clean their dishes right after use, and clean the kitchen counter/dining table after their use, if dirty.
