The spacious 2,400 Sq Ft home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. I rent out 3 of the bedrooms individually or together.
Each room includes a King Bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress purchased in 2023. A desk with a lamp, a chair, two bedside tables, a standing mirror, and a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall. Each room has a coded door handle as well.
Weekly cleaning service, including changing the bedding and towels, is included.
There are security cameras around the exterior of the home and none inside.

1. Information :
As an executive who travels full time for work, I know the importance of a SAFE, CLEAN, SECURE, and PEACEFUL space to come home to at night. I am so excited to share this space and welcome you to your home for the next several months. I hope in your time here, you will make new friends and experience unique adventures. Your housemates are like you and are traveling for one adventure or another. As you get to know your new housemates, here are a few guidelines for success:
-Remove shoes at the door and place them in the shoe rack to keep the house clean and tidy.
-Pick up after yourself.
-Accidents happen; if something breaks, let the owner know so it can be replaced for everyone's comfort.
-Quiet hours should be observed from 10 PM to 8 AM if others are in the house, especially if they are sleeping. Logical
exceptions can be made if everyone in the house watches a movie, eats together, or otherwise engages in a household activity
outside these hours.
-If you happen to have an issue with another guest, please first address it calmly and politely with this guest. If you are
uncomfortable, or this does not solve the problem, please contact the owner.
-If you have any requests, feedback, or otherwise, please get in touch with the owner for assistance. We want you to enjoy your
stay and the home as much as we do.
2. House Layout
This is a 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom, 2-Level home. In addition to your room, you may use all house public areas except the
garage. Please use public storage areas, such as the coat closet and panty, for their intended purposes. These areas are not
designed for personal storage. Feel free to put coats in the coat closet and food in the pantry. In your bedroom closet, you will
find a dresser and a fan (the fan is suitable for white noise while sleeping).
3. Household supplies
First Aid Kit, Emergency Batteries, Trash bags, Cleaning supplies, Laundry detergent, Condiments in the fridge, Bathroom

Please allow housekeepers access to your room Mondays after 11 AM unless you are notified beforehand of a schedule change.
If this time interferes with your schedule, please get in touch with the owner, and arrangements will be made. I want you to be
very comfortable. Also, keeping the house clean will make it comfortable for future guests, which is very important and non-negotiable.
If there are any issues with the housekeeping staff, please get in touch with the owner immediately.
4. Are there any rules related to guests?
Yes - Please notify the owner and get approval for any overnight guests.
5. Kitchen
You may use anything you like in the kitchen.
-The gold and white dishes and gold leaf glasses:
-ARE NOT MICROWAVABLE
-ARE dishwasher safe
-Please, no metal utensils on the nonstick cookware.
-If you use it, clean it.
-Remember, the dishwasher uses less water than washing by hand.
-There is a dish drying rack/mat under the sink.
-The gold teapot is for pouring hot water into it for brewing tea; it is not for use on the stove.
