Bright apartment near swimming pool

The room will be available from April 10 - I will add photos - I am waiting for the end of the work and the delivery of the new mattress!

This is my 68m2 apartment located in the Kremlin Bîcetre near the hospital and the swimming pool. The apartment has two bedrooms - one for you, one for me as well as an office with two desks, a living room, a bathroom and a modern kitchen.

You will have access to the whole apartment except my bedroom. Since in addition to the living room there is the office, even if I am at home, you will always have somewhere to sit to study or work in peace (with fast wifi) outside your room.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare breakfasts, meals and even a picnic for lunch if you wish. In addition to the oven and the plates there is a blender. and a kettle and more generally everything you need for cooking. You could use coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices and oils to cook good meals.

The bathroom is bright with a large shower. There is also a washing machine and a dryer to do your laundry as well as a drying rack and an iron.

For long stays you can leave your empty luggage in my healthy cellar so as not to clutter your room.

The Kremlin Bicetre swimming pool is less than a minute away on foot.

Metro 7 is a nine-minute walk away. Bus 47 will take you to Place d'Italie- Buttes au Cailles in 15 minutes, just below the house. There is a vélib station nearby.

Please note the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift.

a maid comes once a week to do the whole apartment, if you don't want her to do your room, just lock it.
