One dog under 50 pounds is allowed. No cats or other pets are allowed UNLESS the pet is deemed a service animal. If so, please share this information with us. All service animals are welcome with documentation. Please pick up after your dog and place waste in the trash can outside the back door. A key will not be provided for the back door, so please be mindful of locking it when you are not using the backyard or fire pit. We have a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment. If your trash and recycling become full, please dispose of the bags outside. By the shed is a large blue bin for recycling and a smaller black bin for trash. Please leave empty bottles and cans neatly in the kitchen, and we will dispose of them. We do allow for early check-in and late check-out. The earliest check-in available is 1 pm. The fee is $10 per hour. A late check-out is also available for $10 per hour, with the latest check-out time being 1 pm. We do this because we have to rearrange the schedule for cleaning the unit. Please get in touch with us directly to discuss time adjustments. If you do not check out by 10 am and do not contact us, there will be a $15 fee for each additional hour.
