This purpose-built home offers two apartments with a vast rooftop balcony offering breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Each apartment has an identical surface area of 130 square meters. Each double bedroom has a bathroom with shower, and one of the two bedrooms has direct access to the west-facing balcony. The apartments have been designed with entertaining in mind, and offer a large, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortably-sized balcony overlooking the sunset. We provide an assortment of bath and beach towels. Our beds are new and comfortable, and we have plenty of hot water thanks to solar heating. If required, a shared washing machine is also available for your use. The first floor is a private residence belonging to the owners, while the 1st and 2nd floors are rented out. The jewel in the crown is the shared 150-square-meter rooftop balcony with sun loungers, a shaded cosy relaxation area and views of the village of Aourir to the south, and Taghazout to the north. You can enjoy the sunset every evening without leaving the house. The apartments are within walking distance of the beaches (500 m from the main road), but we suggest two options: either rent your own vehicle, or contact the owner, as a car with private driver can be made available for the duration of your stay (airport-to-airport reservation).
