Here are some steps to follow to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11.00 without exception and these will be in person so please advise 30 minutes before your departure to check the rooms.

Noise: being on a 16th floor you will have silence and tranquility (no noise from the street: cars, buses, horns). In Merced Condominium we value the privacy and well-being of our residents, so try to avoid disturbing noises, loud parties or inappropriate behavior in common areas.

Wifi: the 5G network available to you is 1610 and your password: Merced******** (capital M).

4. Safe: the combination is 16100.

Security: no room has a security camera, but when you enter the building concierge will ask for your personal information and take a picture, the lobby and corridors have surveillance cameras. For your safety, please do not allow strangers to enter the building.

Laundry: the building has a laundry service available 24 hours a day and is located on the 6th floor, both washing and drying have an exact value of (USD 1 approximately) 1300 Chilean pesos (only 2 coins of 500 and 3 coins of 100) and no change is given.

Garbage: you will have 1 garbage can under the sink and 1 in the bathroom, to throw your garbage separate organic from cardboard and plastic and throw it by separator. At the end of the aisle (L-shaped walkway) you will have 2 bins: 1 for cardboard, and 1 downspout for organic and plastics.

8. Accidents: you have at your disposal a first aid kit equipped for basic needs, if your emergency is much bigger please contact immediately with the concierge staff via telephone, this will contact medical person or assist as appropriate, also communicate with the host to be informed at all times.

Hygiene: Hot and cold water, soaps, towels and cleaning utensils are provided. If your stay is long (more than 4 days) and you run out of any hygiene product you can indicate to the host the replacement of the same.

Electricity: Chile has a 220v electrical network, equipment such as laptops, cell phone chargers are compatible with our energy by having an internal voltage converter. Please avoid connecting other devices that are not compatible to avoid any incident.

11. Shut-off valves and power: The shut-off valves in the bathroom are located under the sink and in the kitchen under the dishwasher, to cut off the power of the whole apartment the central socket is located behind the dining room table.

12. Smoking or not smoking: it is not forbidden but be responsible with it, if you are going to smoke open the windows and use the ashtray. It is advisable not to smoke close to your departure time since a new traveler will be arriving that same day and so the rooms are kept ready for them.
