This 1855 windmill was restored in 2012 as a charming guest house, but without losing its authenticity. Enjoy its large private terrace with 180o breathtaking views over Setúbal Bay.

Located in the middle of nature but just a 5-minute drive from Setúbal's city center, the markets, stores, restaurants, downtown, the first beaches, etc.

The mill is on a private property where I live with my family, but everyone has their own private space and we don't interfere in the lives of our guests.

On your private terrace you can enjoy the view from armchairs with cushions. It also has a table with chairs, a porch with a barbecue and a stone workbench, sun loungers, and a solar shower.

Equipped with a bedroom, a mezzanine, a living room with a sofa, a dining table with vintage chairs, a kitchenette (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, teapots, salad bowls, etc.) and a bathroom carved out of the rock with natural light obtained through traga-lights placed on the ceiling. It still has the original beams and joinery! Kitchen: 2 portable induction hobs (can cook in the garden), Nespresso coffee machine and another Italian express coffee machine, hand blender, water boiler, toaster, fridge, microwave. Living room with: Free 5G Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat pump, Smart TV, SONY speaker with USB, Bluetooth, CD, radio. Bathroom: XXL semi-circular shower, towel warmer, hairdryer, dehumidifier, air heater. Bedroom: air conditioning and heat pump, roof window with remote control.
