I suggest you share my fully equipped 42m2 apartment (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hotplates, kitchen utensils, TV, high-speed fiber internet, hair dryer available) It consists of a large living room / living room opening onto an open kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet and a small outdoor terrace of 5 m2. You will have full use of the 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the tram which connects Tours center in 10 mins. A shopping center with many shops and restaurants is a 200 m walk from the apartment.

This is a nice apartment near a large shopping centre and cinema and a few minutes from a tram line to the main station. The host was polite and kindly allowed me to stay even though he had to go away for work.

Overall satisfactory stay. We encountered some communication difficulties regarding departure organization and schedules, which created some misunderstanding on both sides. However, we managed to find a satisfactory arrangement. The host remained courteous and respectful throughout the exchanges.

Baptiste is a great friendly and accommodating guy. His location is a bit of a challenge to find; but he was great in assisting me to find it! Location was good and easy for access to Tours City Centre. Baptiste is very good at communicating and went to great lengths to find rugby sport on Netflix for me. A definite return is on the cards.

Quiet location close to downtown, free and easy parking, recent residence with a pool that you can enjoy, pleasant host, available and very friendly.
