It consists of a large living room / living room opening onto an open kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet and a small outdoor terrace of 5 m2.
You will have full use of the 2-seater sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the tram which connects Tours center in 10 mins.
A shopping center with many shops and restaurants is a 200 m walk from the apartment.
