My house is a 108 year old farmhouse on 10 acres, with lovely private gardens.
There are 2 spacious spare bedrooms with wardrobes, queen beds and lots of natural light and character.
Modern bathroom and country kitchen.
The home is spacious enough for privacy but also plenty of room to sit and chat by the wood fire.
Must love animals as there is a dog,2 cats, 6 horses and a pet cow.
10 minutes drive to beach, 30 minutes to rainforest, hikes and beautiful scenery. 15 minutes to nearest airport. 1 hour from Spirit of Tasmania terminal

So glad I had an opportunity to stay here. Jamie is a great bloke & an excellent host who presented delightful spaces in his historic house. Gilbert, wagging tailed dog and Toby & Indi cats added to my happy time. The property offered lots of places to wander and relax, which were especially beautiful during sunset. Being in the country, the starry night skies were alive - sadly no Aurora Australis this time. Amazing Tassie places to explore were not too far during the day. thanks J, G, T & I

Jamie is a very friendly and accommodating host. His place is lovely and full of character. If you're visiting the northwest of Tassie, this place is a real find.

What an amazing experience with Jamie. The house was warm and inviting, and the bed was really comfy. Amazing huge bathroom. We fell in love with Gilbert (dog) and Toby (cat). Jamie is a great host and now we are firm friends.

Jamie is a wonderful host. We had many warm and lovely conversations, and we really enjoyed his pet companions. The house is spacious and comfortable, historic and updated. The setting in the countryside is simply stunning. There are many wonderful places to visit within a day's drive. We highly recommend staying with Jamie!

I loved loved loved staying here at Jamie's really lovely farmhouse. He has made this place so special and getting to stay with him was such a pleasure. I feel both fortunate and grateful for the experience. He is really great at making suggestions on places to see and things to do. I really appreciated how generous he was with his time and his lovely family of animal friends. Seriously wanted to bring Gilbert his dog home with me and I know I have made a friendship with Jamie that will last. He will always be welcome in my home in Hawaii. Many thanks and much aloha Jamie for such a fantastic stay

We had a great stay with Jamie and enjoyed his company. He was generous with his time and knew much about the local district. His home is very comfortable and warm and the country location is a refreshing change to staying in towns and cities. We will definitely stay again when visiting Tasmania.
