**SEPTIC TANK SYSTEM** PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper, not even “flushable” items. Sanitary disposal bags are provided, if additional items are needed please let me know. ***Pet Policy- Please notify at time of booking if you will be accompanied by a pet or service animal. Pets, emotional support, and therapeutic animals are subject to applicable pet fees (this does NOT include ADA service animals). Pets are not permitted on furniture (couch, bed, chairs, etc..). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) (bag waste & dispose of in outdoor trash can). Pets cannot be left unattended on property without written permission from Host. If additional feeding bowls or pet linens are needed during your stay please let me know (do not use white bath towels to clean after your pet). Early Check In/Late Check Out- Upon request and subject to availability, additional charges may apply. Bathroom fan and heater are on a timer- allow timer to automatically turn off. Forcing the knob(s) will break them. Please make sure all lights/TVs are off when not in use. Please wash, dry and put away used dishes. Pool and hot tub behind main house are not for guest use. Guests will not have garage access. Enjoy use of the BBQ grill- ensure propane is turned off after each use and grill cover is replaced prior to check out.
