Recently renovated with quality materials, this centrally located 2-bedroom flat covers a total area of 95 m2. The flat is located on the 2 Nd. floor in a small-scale residence located in the popular Harmony district, with its many parks and a rich offer of various coffee bars and restaurants.

In the bright lounge you can enjoy a nice meal or a glass of wine at the dining table for 6. You can also snuggle up in the soft sofa with a good book or simply enjoy your favourite series on TV. The sofa can be extended into a full bed for 2 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and includes a Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, etc. In short, enough for cooking and enjoying among friends.

Both bedrooms have super comfortable hotel beds, because "a good bed is worth its weight in gold". There is also a nice bathroom with rain shower.

There is also an additional workplace, equipped with an ergonomic desk chair and a screen. All you have to do is connect your computer and you can get to work.

After a day's walking in the city centre or a day's work at the desk, you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the terrace, with a view of the green gardens behind. A nice stay is guaranteed!

The flat is quietly located, yet very central, just 10 minutes' walk from the centre. You will stay in the golden triangle of Antwerp, one of Antwerp's most beautiful neighbourhoods.

No pets allowed. No smoking (except on the terrace). Parties of more than 6 persons not allowed.

Tourist tax is not included in the price advertised. It can only be paid at the time of stay. In Antwerp, the tax is 2,97 Euro per night per person over 12 years old. Persons under the age of 12 are exempt from this tax.

There is a tram stop 100 metres from the apartment, which takes you directly to the city centre or the railway station.

There are several delis in the neighbourhood, including a fish shop, butcher, organic bakery, etc. There is also a night shop and supermarket on the corner of the street.

You can pay to park your car in the street or in our own private car park, where there is space for 2 cars and where you can safely park your bike.
