Overall - decent enough place to stay for a night. Clean, comfy. Host is friendly and accomodating. The address was listed incorrectly in the app which made for a bit of an awkward moment with a neighbor, but that was resolved easily enough. Had a bit of a back and forth about check-in time/procedure. I'm pretty easy-going, my travel plans were flexible, and Vincent was very responsive, so it wasn't a huge deal, but heads up that it wasn't the most straight-forward experience.
