My home is located 15 or at most 20 minutes from lido beach in Sarasota, 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota and 15 from downtown Bradenton . There is Uber available or parking available as well . Good for people wanting to enjoy the beach or have a job in town for a few days. Definitely need a car or Uber Lyft are easily accessible. I have a small dog also have a small exercise room that can be used. I am 30 minutes to St. Petersburg where gay life is big or45 minutes to Tampa
