Booking a room implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale set out below in their entirety.

1) The prices indicated on the website pages are the only contractual prices. They include all taxes and may vary according to the season and the type of service requested.

2 ) The reservation becomes effective once the customer has paid the total amount of the stay. 75% of the amount of the stay must be paid by credit card at the time of reservation and 25% will be debited the day before the customer's arrival.

3) Tourist tax is not included in the price of the room or gite.

4) Arrivals are from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Departures are from 8:00 to 11:00 (a supplement of 15€ per additional 1/4 hour may be charged).

5) Our rooms and gîtes are entirely non-smoking. - For reasons of hygiene and safety, cooking is not permitted in the rooms.

6) Breakfast is included in the price of the room, except for gîte rentals: it is optional, per person and can be booked the day before at the latest. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

7) Rooms and gîtes have free wifi access.

8) The balance of the stay and all additional services (meals, drinks, ....) must be paid at the end of the stay. If no written objection is received within 24 hours of the service provided (room, meals, drinks, etc.), payment must be made in full at the posted price.

9) The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They also undertake to return the premises in good condition. As all accommodation is non-smoking, the customer undertakes to respect this rule inside the houses during his/her stay. Any breach of this obligation may result in eviction and termination of the contract, without the customer being entitled to any compensation whatsoever.

10) Our property is located in an agricultural area and close to the A6 freeway. It has therefore been established that the customer is aware of the inconveniences that this situation could cause:
- Harvesting, spraying...
- Possible noise pollution from farm vehicles or heavy traffic on the freeway.
Furthermore, as the house is very old, certain physical constraints could be dangerous: low doors, steep staircases, exposed beams in the attic...
If the customer disputes any of these points, the contract cannot be terminated, no refund can be made and the balance remains due.

11) Reservations for rooms or gîtes are made for a specific number of people, including children and babies. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner has the right to refuse additional guests or to refuse access. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered and the balance remains due.
