Charmant Duplex

Elegant, central duplex. A 5-minute walk along the seafront promenade takes you to MARIGOT, where you can enjoy the stores, restaurants and local market. Nearby, the FORT LOUIS Marina and its pier for visiting Saint Barthélémy or Anguilla. By car, you're just 15 minutes from the Baie Orientale beach and its water sports, and 10 minutes from Grand Case and its LOLO, the must-try restaurant of St. Martin's cuisine. The Dutch part of the island is not far either. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with outdoor parking. The ground floor features a pleasant living room, a kitchen with a central island and a bathroom. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. At the foot of the building, in the Grand Saint-Martin residence, you'll find a bar/restaurant open for lunch (except Sundays), and a laundry if you need it. When you arrive, you'll find coffee, tea, butter, etc., all you need for a delicious breakfast. enough for breakfast the next day. All you have to do is take your sun cream and come and enjoy the mildness of Saint-Martin. Important: the accommodation is not suitable for children under 2 years of age.
The duplex is a 5-minute walk from Marigot town center via the seafront promenade. A supermarket, McDonald's, restaurants, banks, exchange offices and shopping facilities are also close by. In the residence there's a bar/restaurant where Julia will serve you delicious dishes with good value for money. A car is ideally needed to visit the island and get the most out of it.
