Welcome to Ocean's 25 villa, less than 200 meters from secret Gadet beach and Riflet beach, and 1km from Grande Anse and La Perle beaches! It's ideally located on the edge of the Caribbean Sea. With its exceptional location, the villa is dedicated to travelers in search of Caribbean spirit and calm. Lush vegetation, the sound of the waves, sea views from one of the two terraces, sunsets....this is the Villa for vacations in "unplugged" mode.

Few single-storey rental villas have very close access to 4 beaches. Ocean's 25 is a pretty little Creole villa renovated with an organic and trendy style in a very typical local neighborhood. It's the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the authenticity of Guadeloupe. It has been recently refurbished with two spacious outdoor terraces, one of which is an extension of one of the bedrooms, a bathroom, a twin bedroom with television, a second bedroom with terrace and small sea views interspersed with wild coastline, and a renovated kitchen. Brunch, lunch or dinner is served on the large terrace at the entrance, while aperitifs are served in the pretty lounge on the small terrace with sea views.

It is possible to smoke outside, always in full respect of the lush nature that surrounds us and the facilities provided for your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

The most beautiful beaches are within walking distance, there's a nice seabed to explore, a great beach bar nearby (in Grande Anse), our favorite restaurant is 2 minutes away by car and 10 minutes away by foot on Riflet beach, there's a short hike along the coastal path and up to Gros Morne for the more adventurous, and a surf spot following the swell that's also within walking distance....a very privileged location!

Bed linen and towels are the same as those provided by hotels. Beach towels are also available during your stay.

We provide 1 mosquito net per room if required. Bedding and household linen are of hotel quality.

The villa is located in a small residence with views and beach access in the authentic Vwè Moun neighborhood (between the Gadet and Rifflet viewpoints). This seaside area has become a friendly, family-friendly meeting place for young and old, where walkers cross paths on a safe, relaxing path.

The villa is less than 3 minutes' walk from the beaches of Rifflet and the secret little cove of Gadet.
If you follow the coastal path, between sea and mountains, you'll be on level ground, just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Grande Anse and La Perle. By car, it's even quicker (1 km by car to get to either La Perle or Grande Anse beach)!
