David is too good to be true — no need for any side-eye at some of the highest ratings you'll encounter on this platform. He is the epitome of a communicative, punctual, and thoughtful host. He set up my room with great care. Everything is just as described. David is super respectful and wants you to have the best stay possible, even if just passing through. He gives great tips to make the most out of your stay. I had never been to Atlanta before, but now I genuinely hope to return next year!

David is an incredible host, who went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. I booked a massage with him, and it was really healing, and exactly what my aching muscles needed. The location is crazy perfect, and I walked to most of the places I was planning to go. I will most definitely be back!

Excellent location, clean, spacious, bright and absolutely comfortable. The area is very green and peaceful. But the best was the welcoming owner, who has a passion for art and culture 😍 Love that! He made me feeling at home, and shared a nice evening out with his friends. I do recommend :)

Kind and friendly host. Super comfortable sofa, and very spacious. Location is perfectly located within walking distance to gay bar, and some really good restaurants. I also loved using the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

First and foremost David was a very kind and helpful host. The sofa for sleeping was extremely comfortable, and the space was very clean. I took use of the hot tub, and it was amazing. His place is perfectly located to nearby restaurants and gay bars. I also purchased one of David's massages and it was incredible. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and just what I needed. He made me feel safe and definitely checked in to make sure I was doing good. I would stay here again on my next visit.
