Nice Townhome (if I must say so myself) near DT Historic College Park

Fully Equipped 1st Floor Private Room with Private Garage Door access and full amenities through home. Host lives on top floor and would only need to share kitchen. There is a private common area outside of the private bedroom with a sofa that sleep 1. There is a washer/dryer on 3rd floor and patio on second floor outside of kitchen with a grill and smoker and seating. There are security cameras on outside and on common floor. I’ve stayed in properties where the host also resides and love the ones where so don’t see the host at all - that’s what you’ll get here- due to the layout of the home, we will literally be 2 ships passing in the night. I am 7 minutes door to door from Hartsfield/ Jackson airport there are security cameras in the front and back exterior of home, none in interior. Gym, shopping, grocery all within a mile away. Uber/ Lyft accessible. Of course there are all the amenities of home here, fresh linens, towels, etc as needed. Mini fridge, Alexa, Smart TV access, Spotify etc.
