THE ALARM MUST BE DEACTIVATED UPON ENTRY. You will receive a code within 24-hrs of your expected arrival time. You cannot check in prior to 4pm without having prepaid $75 early arrival fee which is subject to availability. The fee is a expedited service charge imposed on The O'Canoe Houz by the cleaning company. Our noise, security, carbon-monoxide, and fire alarms and monitors are for your safety. If the alarm company (Vector) summons the city of Hampton's first responders without a legitimate emergency, there will be a $50 non-emergency fee per incident. BROKEN/DOES NOT WORK/NEED SUPPLIES If something breaks, we prefer you tell us before cleaning and inspection. We usually can resolve matters with a conversation. If you have questions about how something works, please do not hesitate to call the owner or the local property manager. If you need essential supplies while their, please give us a call. We are happy to help! IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Please take note on how the outdoor furniture is covered. We like to ensure it is covered properly to keep it in good repair and preserve the life of the furniture. Please do not let children or pets walk on furniture. The furniture is for sitting and relaxing only. FIRE PIT STRING LIGHTS To light the fire pit string lights get the "YELLOW OUTDOOR EXTENSION CORD" from the laundry room. Plug the male into the female, feed the yellow extension around the back of the deck, unplug the "joining string lights" at the right corner of the fire pit closest to the deck and plug the female into the male end of the string lights! AND YOU'VE GOT LIGHTS!
