Jandrud is a very pleasant person with good communication and willingness to help. But the location wasn't that close to gay or tourist things. Also he didn't tell me he has a dog (well-mannered), but who leaves a lot of hair all over the floor and my clothes and luggage on day one of my trip. This place is quite far from the center and because of that I'm not going to recommend it.
