Set on the edge of the CBD, The Iron Works building in Woodstock is the perfect location. Key travel routes include, 15 min from the airport, 5 min from The V & A Waterfront and 2 min from the Old Biscuit mill. We are also walking distance from a pharmacy and a convenience store as well as our local Cafe, Bootleggers. Our space is a blend of luxury and comfort, so and come curl up on our Vetsak and soak up the views of Table Mountain and set your evening mood with our LIFX light and enjoy!

Sharft cruise zone- Located in Observatory 299 Lower Main Rd, Observatory, Cape Town, 7925), it is one of the only cruise zones with dark rooms, sauna, glory holes and private rooms.

Zero 21- I would personally recommend, it's really inclusive and where you will find amazing drag performances as well as Balls hosted by the House Of Le Cap, South Africas Premier Ballroom house. Fun fact, I am the Farther of the House! Zero 21 also offers great food and drinks at reasonable prices!

Shoes in the space- We are a shoe free zone, we have provided a shoe rack under the dedicated work space. Pets- Unfortunately our building does not allow pets Events/ Parties- Please avoid having a party in the space as this is a residencial space with people who work from home and who have families, there are many Queer bars nearby to have the best party times! Smoking/ Vaping: Please do not smoke in the unit as there is a smoke detector, you may smoke on the balcony only. Commercial photography- This is not allowed Quiet times: Please do keep the noise to a minimum especially in the evening s (10pm) and Mornings (6am). We would prefer normal levels of noise.
