*Add nothing to the hot tub... no bath bombs, no chemicals, no oils
*Please lock all doors and windows and lower window blinds prior to leaving the property
*Please lower the umbrella prior to leaving the property
*Please clean sand off before entering the hot tub, THERE IS A $200.00 CHARGE FOR SAND IN THE HOT TUB. It requires us draining and refilling the hot tub.
*Please do not use baby oil. It ruins the bedding. Guest will be expected to pay for ruined bedding.
*Working on vehicles, motorcycles, etc. is prohibited.
*If your car leaks oil on the driveway, please clean it up before you leave.
*No Parties or events.
