We require valid ID of every person that will stay in the property. This can be sent through the booking website or in person at the premises. No outside guests. Children above 7 (seven) years old are welcome. ● Lock box code will be given at your arrival. When you leave the house, always place the key in the lock box; charge for lost key is $75 since we must change the entire lock system. ● No additional guest may stay overnight. Only the number of people booked in the reservation. The property has surveillance cameras for this purpose. ● No parties neither gathering with guests other than the registered guests are allowed. ● NO food and drinks allowed in bedrooms. ● Gate to the property must always be closed. ● Door to the house must always be kept locked, whether you are in the house or not ● If you would like cleaning service during your stay, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Cleaning Fee: $150.00 ● Check in time: 4 PM ● Check out time: 11 AM ● When using the Kitchen, the Patio and or the BBQ, you must leave them in the same clean condition that you found them. ● Do not have packages or mail delivered to this address, we do not take responsibility for items that are lost. ● When asking for food delivery, you must ask to get a text or call at their arrival to the front door, then you will need to come to get your package. (Deliveries are not permitted inside the property) ● Quite time is required from 9 PM. until 9 AM. ● If you break anything in the house, the cost to repair/replace will be charged to you. ● In case of fire, you will find fire extinguisher. When you check in locate the fire extinguisher in the room. ● No smoking allowed anywhere in the house. except outside at the patio. ● Use of DRUGS and vaping is strictly forbidden on the premises of our property. ● Garbage from the kitchen must be securely tied in a plastic bag & placed in a trash bin. ● No pets allowed.
