The space
The studio is a private standalone space located behind a beautiful brick home in Midtown Sacramento. This cozy studio is located in the heart of Midtown Sacramento and is perfect for tourists, couples, and traveling medical staff. The space is close to three major hospitals, easily accessible to the highway, and walkable to quality restaurants, bars, and parks.
The room includes one California king bed, one queen bed, one full bath, and a kitchenette. This room can comfortably fit two people but up to four if needed.
As you enter the gated side entry, you’ll find a yard area with a large gazebo shaded by two fruit trees. The private yard area is perfect for a quiet morning to enjoy a warm cup of coffee or read. It’s also great for evening drinks and BBQ while sitting around a warm fire pit.
When you enter the room, you walk up one flight of stairs to an open layout studio with two large windows filling the room with natural lighting. You can snuggle into the California king-size bed as you watch your favorite movies and shows projected on the ceiling wall.
The kitchenette is well prepared with all of the essential kitchen items to make a quick and tasty meal, including a microwave, electric stovetop, sink, freezer/refrigerator combo, Keurig, and cold/hot water dispenser.
If you’re on a work vacation, you’ll have the perfect accommodations to meet your needs. Our space is equipped with an ultra-fast (1000 Mbps download/upload) Wi-Fi mesh network extending throughout the room and backyard. A compact desk is also located within the room.
Street parking is first come first serve on the street, but it’s generally easy to find a space. Please take note of the street parking signs to avoid any parking tickets. Street cleaning on our street is Wednesday and Thursday.
Guest access
Street parking is generally first come first serve around the neighborhood areas of Midtown. As you move further into midtown, you’ll find metered parking on weekdays but free on weekends.
