It's one of Sydney's most fashionable districts with nearby St Vincent Hospital, Garvan Institute, harbourside parks, chic boutiques, cafes, bars and a fabulous dining scene all within walking distance.

Complimentary self-serve breakfast, snacks, beverages and stocked pantry make this residence perfect for executives and couples.

Cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, city centre are walking distance. Transport to everywhere. Luxury bed, original artwork, stylish interior, modern lighting system, appliances and included consumables ensure guests enjoy contemporary comforts.

Free parking is on street but it is unlikely that guests need a car due to our central location and transort options.

The residence is perfect for a travelling executive or couples needing to work from home. Excellent wifi, cabled ethernet, significant work space and cabinets for business documents make this space ideal for working - suitable for short and long stays

Guests have complete access to their floor. We live upstairs, but use the rear entrance to our residence, so it's unlikely you will see us between your welcome and departure.

From the moment you book, we aim to offer the most tailored service possible. We'll assist with pre-arrival, provide a continental breakfast around your personal tastes, and offer helpful recommendations on everything from top local restaurants and sightseeing to tips for getting around Sydney.

The fully stocked refrigerator and pantry - breakfasts, snacks and beverages are all included in the nightly rate. Long term guests would replenish items as required. We always restock the fridge between guests. Mid stay housekeeping is offered for monthly guests. Spend time enjoying the sights of Sydney without wasting precious time shopping for essentials. We don't provide meat products.

Since Covid we leave the key in a locked box.
