Welcome to our newly renovated, fully equipped Boutique-Style Guest House, designed as a safe, inclusive, clothing-optional retreat for gay men in a relaxed resort setting. Start your day with a complimentary continental breakfast, and join us for Social Hour on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, where you can unwind, connect, and enjoy treats in great company.

Our amenities include a private pool, hot tub, an on-site dark room for your pleasure, and a secure community with 24-hour security. We’re also conveniently located near top attractions—just 12 minutes from Walt Disney World and 26 minutes from Universal Studios and International Drive.

This listing is for Bedroom #5 of our 7-room (you sleep in bed #1) guest house, which features two beds and shares a bathroom with other guests. While this room does not have a closet, it is equipped with a dresser and one TV, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Please note, parking is limited, so inquire at booking to reserve a spot. A $20 non-refundable parking fee applies per stay. For your safety and ours, security cameras are installed at the front entrance and pool area only. No pets are allowed.

Home away from home! This has been my go to place whenever I get the chance to visit. Gaetan has become a good friend and this time I also get to meet nice and kind individuals. It was a wonderful stay as always. My favorite spot would be at the hot tub at night. Catching up, sharing stories and life lessons, anything under the moonlit night. I highly recommend you stay here when you're in the area whether it's fun at the nearby Parks, a staycation, remote work, a chill day sunbathing, mooning the sun, etc...

3rd time's the charm. ;-). I stayed in the same room and the same bed this time. I love this spot. Makes me feel like I'm in a tower looking out the plains. hehe. Always a good time to be here. Catching up and chatting like really old friends. Glad to share a meal in one of your go to Asian fusion restos. I enjoyed the playroom/darkroom by myself as well. ;-). Greatly recommend this clothing optional safe space and the host, Gaetan!

This is my second time staying with Gaetan but in a different room. I love this spot beside the window. The warm sun and afternoon glow. Love the Avatar room theme too. It's quite relaxing and the bed and pillows are so comfy and fluffy. Everything is immaculately clean. I love it! It was nice catching up in the hot tub/jacuzzi at night while waiting for the blood moon lunar eclipse to occur. And of course my first lesson and game of Nakey Pool. T'was fun. Hehe. Recommend 100%! 'Til next time. ;-*

By far, my best experience staying at MRB&B. Gaetan is a wonderful host! He gave me a personal tour of the house and spent a lot of time making sure to explain a lot of time and making sure I had all I needed. Great conversation around the jacuzzi while enjoying a glass of wine. The house is so clean and well appointed that I have a feeling that I was staying at the high-end Boutique Boutique Hotel. I am already making plans for my next visit!
