Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of Paris and Parc de la Villette

My apartment is a 5-minute walk from Paris via the Parc de la Villette. Numerous means of transport are nearby (metro 7mn, train station 5mn, streetcar 3mn and two self-service bike stations 3mn away). I personally use my bike and reach the center of Paris in less than 20 minutes on average, following the Ourcq canal. Depending on the traveler's wishes, I can leave my room and sleep on the sofa, or vice versa, or even leave the whole sofa. I make a point of meeting travelers to explain in person all there is to do in the area.
