Brief communication and welcome of 20 seconds from the host and no further contact throughout the stay. Dilapidated and cluttered accommodation. Cardboard boxes everywhere (a parcel preparation center). Persistent smell of fried food in the accommodation. The bedroom is not appealing, very basic, the bed is unstable, the mattress remains comfortable. Coffee machine available in the room but no access to the kitchen. Clean bathroom. I found several cockroaches in the bedroom on the floor, walls, and bed!

My stay at Jiasen's place was very pleasant. The room was even a bit larger than what it seemed in the photos and I access to everything I needed. The place was very close to the subway and in a very nice location. The house was clean, but the only downside was that there were some small bugs (some sort of small cockroaches), which for me wasn't a big issue, but it might be for other guests. I did see a building announcement about a desparasitation soon, so ask Jiasen about it, he's very nice!
