ideal location in Frederick, Orchard Park enjoys easy reach to both Washington, DC and Baltimore with access to nearby transportation hubs including Interstate-70 and 270 well as Maryland commuter rail service, MARC. The community is also in close proximity to schools, shopping, dining and medical centers. My apartment home has 9' ceilings, open floor-plans, designer appointments like granite kitchen countertops and is equipped with full-size washers & dryers. Plus all building entrances are access controlled and equipped with elevators, trash compactors and beautifully appointed lobbies. And don't forget the Clubhouse, 24/7 fitness center and pool!
