Villa Chelidoni

Villa Chelidoni consisting of 3 bedrooms, one of which is located in a studio. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom/toilet. Two bedrooms are sea-facing with big sliding doors that allow for the views to become part of the interior. In the main villa is an open kitchen with an island leading to the dining area next to the living room. The studio room has an en-suite bathroom and a chilling space. The bed is facing the sea, and the sliding doors are leading directly to the patio dining area.
This summer villa has a remarkable layout. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, one of which is located in a studio. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom/toilet. Two bedrooms are sea-facing with big sliding doors that allow for the views to become part of the interior. In the main villa is an open kitchen with an island leading to the dining area next to the living room. The kitchen/living space is also sea-facing and has large sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the view from every corner.
The studio is built to feel like an extra-large room with an en-suite bathroom and a chilling space. The bed is facing the sea, and the sliding doors are leading directly to the patio dining area.
The outdoor is divided into four different areas. A sunken area, right in front of the studio, home to the dining table, big enough for 8! In between the studio and the main villa is a shaded chill area with a built bench and the entrance to the main villa. The rest of the outdoor space is divided between the infinity pool with two sunbeds on each side and the garden area, accessed through a stone staircase just below the pool.
Villa Chelidoni is ideal for spending with friends while maintaining privacy! The views and the amenities of Villa Chelidoni can provide a deep relaxation where you can recharge and relish nature!
The guests have access to the whole villa and its private premises around. The villa has a private parking and before the main entrance you will find some stairs.
The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car. The Beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Amoudaki, Plakias Beach and Souda Beach are around 10 to 15 minutes by car. Near the house is an excellent tavern and mini market.
Since the villa is situated in the mountain village of Mariou (roughly 200 Meters above sea level) and the roads in souther Crete can be quite steep, it is definitely advised to have a rental car to get around. There are possibilities also to rent scooters or mountain bikes but since its a rural area it will take some time to get up the mountain again.
