The two guest rooms have their own bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. The house has a private parking which fits two cars.

A total of 178m2 offers spacious indoor areas while underlining the sense of privacy. The master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, is facing the infinity pool and the ocean. The three guest rooms are all separated from each other. One guest room is located on one side of the living room, across from the master bedroom, and has an en-suite bathroom. The rest two guest rooms have a sea-view and a shared common outdoor area, where the Jacuzzi is located. The Jacuzzi area can be accessed by the terrace as well.

In the main area of the Villa, there is an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room, and a storage room. The view from the living room is uninterrupted, featuring the ocean, the sky, and the land towards the sea. The large windows divide the indoor with the terrace. A shaded space protects the open kitchen and the dining area. Needless to say, the view is fabulous. The infinity pool adds the summer carelessness and transforms the Villa into the ideal location to enjoy the long Greek summer nights and to make memories you’ll remember for years to come.

An external staircase connects the upper level with the parking area, which has enough space for two cars. The plot area is 755,58m2. The infinity pool is 31,33 m2, and the Jacuzzi is 4,84 m2.
The guests have access to the whole villa and its private premises around. The villa has a small gate and some stairs until to reach the private entrance.
The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car. The Beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Amoudaki, Plakias Beach and Souda Beach are around 10 to 15 minutes by car. Near the house is an excellent tavern and mini market.
Since the villa is situated in the mountain village of Mariou (roughly 200 Meters above sea level) and the roads in souther Crete can be quite steep, it is definitely advised to have a rental car to get around. There are possibilities also to rent scooters or mountain bikes but since its a rural area it will take some time to get up the mountain again.
