What a great stay with Jeffrey and Caleb! Easy communication, clean place, and ideal for a pool day when it's open. This will be my go to place on my trips to Indianapolis.

Absolutely beautiful home, comfortable bed, and great location. There are only Pros here - steam shower, parking is easy, pool is great, location makes it easy to get around. Hosts provided tons of toiletries, snacks, mints, there were so many small touches that heightened the experience. This is a must-stay.

Jeffrey and his partner's place were fabulous. It was spotless and filled with every amenity you'd want including a steam shower. The location is great, parking was available and in addition to your room, you pretty much have the built out basement area as a semi-private sitting area. The guys invited me out for a little Sunday Funday and we had a great time. I'd encourage everyone to stay with these hosts!

Jeffrey was a great host, even though I got there later and had to leave very early, I enjoyed spending time with him and I enjoyed his hospitality.

Great weekend in Indy at this gorgeous, brand new home. The owners communicated with me immediately upon booking, so everything about arrival was easy and clear. I arrived on Friday evening and was greeted at my car by the friendly owners. They showed me around their immaculate, fashionable three-level home. It’s absolutely beautiful. They have two rooms available — one on the lowest level of the home...and another on the top level. I chose the lower level, which has a full bathroom (including stream shower!), gym (which I used), and cozy couches with tv. It’s very private on the lower level. Also - the bed was extremely comfortable. The owners made clear that I was welcome to use their kitchen and make myself at home. Coming and going is easy, as they use a combo code on the door — and even let you pick your own code. 🙂 The modern house abuts a run/bike/walk trail — so this would be a perfect location for anyone wanting to keep their exercise routine while on vacation. Parking is easy and approx. 15 steps from the door. A final feature that I must mention: a pool (with hot tub planned!) The cold weather prevented my using the pool, but it looks lovely. [The owners shared that they plan to purchase a hot tub — which will make this b&b truly perfect in every way.] If you’re coming to Indy, this is the place to stay!
