It’s a newer home along a running path and only 2 miles from monument circle. The pool is open and heated all summer. Both bedrooms and bathrooms available are private. One of the guest bathrooms also includes a steam shower. Internet is strong and makes it very easy to work. Parking for one car is available in the garage or outside along the side. Additional parking is available at the end of the block. This listing is to rent a room in the house. The whole house isn’t available for rent.

We do have a 7yo French bulldog who is very friendly and loves all people.
We do not allow overnight guests who are not part of the reservation.
We do ask for complete privacy of the primary bedroom where we will reside while misterb&b guest are staying in the house.
Please just tidy up after yourself while staying.
Pool can only be used while we’re at home (sorry, it’s a liability issue). Otherwise, it’ll be open at the end of March and closed by October.
Parking is available in the grass along the side of the garage or at the end of the block.
Codes for the door locks will be created prior to your arrival.
