Escape for a relaxing getaway in this 3BR, 2.5BA home + convertible 4th BR den/office. Year round pool / hot tub available, and pool heat can be added for an additional charge.

We're new to mister&b but have been renting on other platforms and have 75 reviews elsewhere, and 100% of them are 5-stars.

Soak up the views of Blucher Creek Valley by the pool, enjoy an outdoor dinner by the gardens, or head out for a day of wine tasting. With Sonoma, Healdsburg, and Dillon Beach nearby, and San Francisco just 50 miles away, it's an easy weekend escape or great for a longer term stay.

No events or parties allowed - Sonoma county has strict outdoor noise ordinances and if you violate this rule, you can be evicted. Quiet hours from 9pm-8am, and no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time. 12 maximum daytime guests over age 3 8 maximum nighttime guests over age 3 Lastly, no smoking is allowed in our around our home due to fire risk. We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to staying with us.
