Welcome to my working farm home. I aim to provide a peaceful, respectful, and comfortable stay for all guests. • This is a shared residence. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings and early mornings. • Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm unless otherwise arranged in advance. • No smoking inside the home. Outdoor smoking areas are available. • Guests are welcome to enjoy the farm surroundings, but some areas may be restricted for safety or animal care reasons. • Please respect animals by not feeding or entering paddocks without permission. • Cleanliness and basic tidiness in shared spaces is appreciated. • Registered guests only unless discussed beforehand. • Moderate alcohol use is welcome. Parties or disruptive behaviour are not permitted. • Quiet hours generally begin around 10pm. • Communication is important — if you need anything, please just ask. This home is welcoming, inclusive, and relaxed. I simply ask that guests treat the space with the same care they would their own.

My stay at this Farm/ Retreat was exactly what I needed. It's a true homestead environment with friendly livestock, wide‐open spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The farm feels authentic and welcoming, with plenty of room to relax, breathe, and reconnect with nature. A wonderful place to slow down and recharge.

Arrived in New Maryland to find myself in the middle of a real working farm. Beautiful property with horses and several flower and vegetable nurseries. 4, very friendly dogs are there to greet you as well as the host Luke's. Fredericton is a short drive away from this rural area. If you want a bit of both country and city experiences, this place will provide it. The accommodation is in a rustic farmhouse and very comfortable. Huge bed!

The location and accommodations were convenient and comfortable. Being on the farm added a unique opportunity that I truly enjoyed. Lukus is a super nice guy and Fredericton offered a couple of unexpected cultural treasures that I would highly recommend.

I loved my stay with Lukus. He's a charming and kind, come-as-you-are host whose place is calm and relaxing, just as described. Only it's so much more. Think beautiful working farm complete with horses, goats, gardens and more. Was only passing through. Though would have gladly stayed for days :) Thanks, Lukus!
