Welcome to 2306 Delaware Drive! We hope you enjoy your stay with us! You can control your own heat in the room with the thermostat. Wireless internet password is: wideflower264 (no space between words) No pets. No smoking. It will be a extra charge for parking and if the apartment was left with a particular / tobacco odor. Please contact the me for additional questions. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. At the end of the street turn right at Cedar and you will enter the Cedar-Fairmount district of shops and restaurants. There is also Dave’s Grocery Store, a Dry Cleaners, an Startbucks and a Chase Bank. Turn left and head down the hill for University Circle, home to The Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University and Hospital, Severance Hall (home of the Cleveland Orchestra), the Cleveland Museum of Art (free!), the Botanical Gardens and other remarkable Cleveland museums and institutions. Restaurants and Clubs: Aladdins - Middle Eastern cuisine, moderately priced, pitas, salads, great soups and desserts as well Fairmount Martini and Wine Bar - small plates of food available. Luna - French Bakery - around the corner on Fairmount, great crepes, sandwiches and baked goods, eat in, patio, or take out Vero Pizza - wood burning pizza oven. No alcohol but you may bring your own wine! Please let us know how we can best make your stay with us enjoyable! Joaquin and Jim
