Tahitian Terrace Bungalow

Enjoy the sound of fountains and waterfalls as you lounge on your expansive lanai overlooking a tranquil koi pond. You'll be surrounded by lush gardens full of exotic plants. The attached wrap-around lanai is reserved for your exclusive use. Relax in front of the fountain while cooled by outdoor ceiling fans. The bungalow is decorated with a fun, tropical vibe inside and out.

The Tahitian Terrace is a charming studio suite in a structure separate from the main house. It features a double bed with a memory foam mattress. The room also has a small dining table with two chairs and a large dresser containing an extra blanket, cozy throws, and drawer storage. There is no closet. A luggage rack and a small hanger bar are provided.

The entire building was recently refreshed inside and out with new paint, decor, furniture, themed lighting, and other modern amenities. The interior features natural quartz tile stone floors and a tropical color palette. The bungalow has central air conditioning and heating.

For entertainment, a small ROKU SmartTV is provided. The TV has apps for popular free and subscription streaming services that you may use with your credentials to log in and view. We do not provide a password to subscription channels. You may stream music from your own devices to the indoor Bluetooth speaker.

The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a modern, lighted mirror. It is stocked with hotel-style amenities, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and more.

The kitchenette includes an under-counter refrigerator with an ice maker, a full-size sink with disposal, a compact microwave, toaster oven, filtered water dispenser, Keurig beverage maker stocked with a variety of pods, a blender, hot water kettle, dishes, glassware, and utensils. There is a selection of disposable cups, dishes, and utensils if you prefer to use them. We will provide a starter selection of snacks and beverages, as well.

An expansive, mostly covered lanai surrounds two sides of the building. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the living/sleeping area open out onto the lanai. This area is reserved for your exclusive use during your stay. It is furnished with various seating, lounges, and a dining table. Ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze on warmer days.

The lanai overlooks a tranquil koi pond and the pool area beyond. This is all surrounded by lush landscaping that is beautifully lit at night for your enjoyment. You'll feel like you've been transported to a tropical island.

THE POOL IS NOT HEATED but generally warms to about 85 degrees in the summer months. Use of the Hot Tub adjacent to the pool is NOT available. Appropriate clothing/swimwear must be worn at all times in common areas, as this area is shared with other guests.

IMPORTANT: The property is designed and intended for quiet enjoyment by adults only. Infants and children under 16 cannot be accommodated. Pets of any size are not allowed. This is a 100% non-smoking property, inside and out. Due to extreme wildfire danger in this area, smoking on the street is not allowed and may result in a substantial fine from the HOA.
