Experience Alaska living at its finest in our one-bedroom Alpine Suite located in Juneau's Historic Flats District. This fully furnished apartment, designed by Bauer/Clifton Interiors, is well-appointed with quality finishes throughout, including a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, an open floor plan with designer furnishings, and a modern bathroom with a deep soaking tub.

This building was once a 2-story Blockbuster Video Rental but was transformed into a modern, mixed-use facility in 2016, incorporating three residential apartments and three commercial suites.

Conveniently situated, the Alpine Suite provides easy access to downtown, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gift shops, hiking trails, Aurora Harbor, and the Gastineau Waterfront. Nearby amenities include Coppa coffee shop and "The Gym."

For business travelers, the Alpine Suite is a short walk from State and Federal office buildings. The apartment also includes an in-unit laundry closet. Inquire about discounted monthly rates for an extended stay.

COURTESY: Since Juneau is located within the Tongass National Rainforest, it’s best to pack layers, including a rain jacket and walking shoes/hiking boots for trails. We kindly request you remove wet shoes/gear upon entry into the apartment. Please do not leave items outside, as they are susceptible to theft. PARKING: Guests may park one ******** vehicle in the parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking is located along nearby streets. AMENITIES: • Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and a large assortment of kitchen utensils for all your gourmet needs. • There are plenty of towels and linens for your use. • A small supply of paper towels and toilet paper for your use. Hand soap, dishwasher cleaning tablets, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are also provided for your convenience. Replacing these goods at the end of your stay is unnecessary. • There’s a Smart TV in the bedroom. • There is not a phone landline. Calls must be made on personal cellular phones. • WIFI is available throughout the apartment. • An IGA supermarket & liquor store are less than a mile away along Willoughby Avenue. • A gym is located next door in the brown building, and daily/weekly passes can be purchased. • The Augustus Brown public swimming pool is located down Glacier Avenue. GARBAGE/RECYCLING: Please place your garbage and recycling in the receptacles located along the 12th Street side of the building. Please do not overfill either receptacle, as bears & ravens tend to get into unlatched bins. Recycling does NOT include glass, cardboard, or plastic grocery bags. FIRE SAFETY: A fire extinguisher has been provided to you. New fire alarms have been installed and tested. In case of any emergency, please dial 9-1-1. Just so you know, candles and incense are not permitted within the Building.
