My penthouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood next to the Green Belt, an ideal spot to relax and explore both Vitoria-Gasteiz and the rest of the Basque Country at your own pace.
- I offer a comfortable sofa (200 x 110) in the living room, perfect for adventurous travelers or those on a tight budget. Although you’ll be sleeping in the living room, you’re free to enjoy and use the rest of the apartment!
- Make yourself at home: The kitchen is at your disposal, and you can prepare your own meals; there are several supermarkets very close to the apartment so you can do your grocery shopping conveniently. I provide clean linens and towels.
- Layout and privacy: As you can see in the photos, it’s an open-concept penthouse. Although we’ll be sharing the space, I assure you that you’ll have a minimum level of privacy guaranteed, since my bedroom is separate.
- Unplugging: There’s a good Wi-Fi connection so you can plan your itineraries, but there’s no TV.
- Getting around from the penthouse is super convenient. If you’re coming by car, you’ll be happy to know there’s free parking right on the street. To get to downtown, you have two great options: take the tram, which gets you there in just 15 minutes, or enjoy a leisurely 25-minute walk.
- Relaxed atmosphere: With the arrival of warm weather, the apartment has a nudist vibe (of course, this is entirely optional for guests—you decide what makes you feel most comfortable!).

The big perk is that starting at 7:00 a.m., you’ll have the entire loft to yourself! You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, work remotely, or simply relax at your own pace until I return in the afternoon.
- Quiet hours: Since we’re sharing an open-concept space (and considering my early mornings on weekdays), I ask that you keep things quiet and peaceful starting at 10:00 p.m. to ensure we both get a good night’s rest.
- Keeping the shared space tidy: Since the living room will be your sleeping area, I’d appreciate it if you could keep your luggage and belongings somewhat organized and make the bed during the day. That way, the house will remain a comfortable, pleasant, and uncluttered space for both of us.
- Check-in and Check-out: I’m pretty flexible with times, but I ask that we message each other in advance to coordinate what time you’ll arrive and depart. That way, I can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you as you deserve.
