House Rules and Coexistence: - Routine and Schedule: Monday through Friday, I work outside the home from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This means that in the mornings, I’ll get up early to get ready and will try to make as little noise as possible when walking through the living room. The big perk is that starting at 7:00 a.m., you’ll have the entire loft to yourself! You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, work remotely, or simply relax at your own pace until I return in the afternoon. - Quiet hours: Since we’re sharing an open-concept space (and considering my early mornings on weekdays), I ask that you keep things quiet and peaceful starting at 10:00 p.m. to ensure we both get a good night’s rest. - Keeping the shared space tidy: Since the living room will be your sleeping area, I’d appreciate it if you could keep your luggage and belongings somewhat organized and make the bed during the day. That way, the house will remain a comfortable, pleasant, and uncluttered space for both of us. - Check-in and Check-out: I’m pretty flexible with times, but I ask that we message each other in advance to coordinate what time you’ll arrive and depart. That way, I can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you as you deserve. - Privacy and Safety: To ensure comfort for both of us during our stay together, access to the apartment is limited to the person listed on the reservation; therefore, visitors are not permitted. - Open and Respectful Atmosphere: As mentioned in the description, this is my home, and I usually practice nudism here. It’s an environment of total tolerance where, as a guest, you’re free to join in if you’d like—though of course, this is entirely voluntary and a personal choice. - Smoking on the terrace: Feel free to smoke, but I ask that you do so exclusively on the outdoor terrace to keep the interior of the penthouse fresh and smoke-free. - An oasis of tranquility: This space is designed for calm and relaxation. Since there’s no TV, the atmosphere is ideal for complete rest, reading, or planning your trips around Vitoria-Gasteiz and the surrounding area.
